Do the following..
Change your default printer to XPS
Having Network Printer as defualt will cause excel to look for printer over network which makes it slowdown.
press Windows+S search for Printer, select "Devices and Printers" right click XPS and click set as default.
Its not comolete solution but small tip just to get rid off this problem on excel.
